ALFA and its employees understand the importance of integrity, impartiality and indpendence in carrying out its inspection activities as a third party inspection.

ALFA is committed to be responsible for the impartiality of it’s inspection activities and will not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.

ALFA has identified and risk assessed all relationships/ activities which may result in a conflict of interest or pose a threat to impartiality, and demonstrate effectively how will be able to minimize or eliminate the risks.

ALFA Top management cinducted annual risk assessment on imartiality and conflict of interest.

ALFA and its employees are independent to the extent that is required with regard to the conditions under which it performs its services. Depending on these conditions, it will meet the minimum requirments stipulated in ISO/IEC 17020 requirments.

ALFA is dedicated to maintain the utmost impartiality and competence through clearly defined responsibility, use of trained and qualified personnel, being responsive to complaints and maintaining confidentiality
